During
2006, I had the good fortune to get to know Mr. Pierson, who had the
computer store on Rock Cliff Drive, In Martinsburg, W Va. He has
been
a help to me in working with my computer. Not only is he
knowledgeable
with computer work, but he takes a personal interest in his work to see
that it is done properly and to the customers satisfaction. He
was
always available at any time to assist.
When I had a stroke and had to move my office to my home, he took charge of transferring the phone lines and setting up the office properly and to my satisfaction. He set up my computer, copier, and fax machine and worked with me many hours until I had everything going smoothly. One time when he was out of town for military service he cared enough to phone me to make sure everything was working for me. When he could not be there in person, he would make sure to send someone to solve my problem. He not only knows his work, but he cares to see that it is done well. I certainly recommend his work and his sincerity and feel fortunate to have his services.

Dear Paul,
Wow, where do I begin! First, let me just thank you for bringing me into the 22nd century. Two weeks ago I was so lost when it came to computers, but now I think I can take on the world, not really but at least I know how to work my new laptop. When I purchased this laptop from CustomTek Solutions I expected a box and a manual, I never expected the service that I got after my purchase. Not only did Paul set up my laptop specifically for me, he helped me get it started and working for me, so that my day was not spent reading. A few days after, I had CustomTek Solutions install a secure wireless network in my home so that I did not have to bother with disconnecting my home computer anytime I wanted to work at home. When Paul came to my home, he not only installed the wireless device, but he took time out of his busy schedule to assist me in converting my saved documents from my home computer to my laptop. Paul spent over an hour working with me to make sure that I was able to function as a large business, even though I am a small business.
In conclusion, I want everyone to know that when it comes to computers and setting up networks that function for the client, CustomTek Solutions should be your only choice. Once again, thank you Paul and CustomTek Solutions.

We thank you for your expertise and patience in the repair of our Dell computer problems. We needed “help” and you provided the “solutions” with your extensive knowledge in the field of computers. Thanks for fixing our computer and for the time you spent in answering our zillion computer issue questions. Computers appeared later in our life-span and are a big mystery.
Besides your ability to “do the job,” you showed us respect, much patience and kindness and were very helpful. Thanks for helping us. We appreciate it.
